Black ops 2 loading still slow with ssd

Today I got a ssd and after I installed bo2 on it I wanted to see if it was faster. It was a bit but not like other ssd videos I've seen. It always takes some time on awaiting textures.
My specs:
AMD FX6300 @ 3.9ghz
R9 285 1080mhz 1500mhz mem
Adata Sp550 240gb ssd (with bo2)
12gb ram 1600mhz

Well when comparing different drives, you should take into account that they have different performance and specs. It might not be as fast as other SSDs, but it should definitely be faster than an HDD.

Other than that, is your SSD connected to a SATA III port or is it a SATA II port? I'm asking, because most SSD's will be bottlenecked by the SATA II interface as its limit is 300MB/s.

If you are worried that there might be something wrong with the SSD, you could test it with a diagnostic tool. It might be a good idea to check if that model has a firmware update available on the manufacturer's website.
