I have a big problem :( !!

I bought my new PC just few days ago and I played NFS MW 2 at perfect 60 fps but when I again played that game after some time I got only 30-40 fps and also there was lagging :( please give me the solution for this problem

MY SPECS:-
1.i5 6402p 2.8GHz
2.MOBO :-H110M-SC
3.GTX 960 amp edition 4gb
4. 8gb ram DDR4 HyperX
5.Corsair vs550W
6.1TB hard disk
please take me out of this problem:'(

and if you're running windows 10, then navigate to Control Panel\System and Security\Power Options. Then next to the balanced plan ( remember to do this to all your plans ) press the change plan settings, then select change advanced power settings. A window will appear. Scroll down and then expand PCI Express, then expand link state power management and change the setting to off. Don't forget to apply the settings and press ok. you should do this to all the power plans/modes. Hope this helps.
