I currently have a geforce gtx 750ti on my old PC that I had bought in an attempt to enhance my gaming experience, but it has been less than effective due to my processor being the bottleneck. That was in 2014.
Now I have a chance to upgrade my PC and I was wondering if I should be getting a new gpu or should I use the gtx750ti from my current PC (I still have the older 9800 gt I can put back into the old PC).
If the answer is to buy a new one, which gpu would be a good choice, bearing in mind I don't play many games requiring high performance, though I'd be happy to be able to run current games in high or medium at least. I should add the newest game I'm playing is only Overwatch, and the 750ti is above their required sys reqs so far, but I'd like to futureproof a little.
I'm planning on getting an i7/i5 6th gen, 8gb ram, an ssd and a hd. Hope this information helps.
My budget is undetermined, but for reference, a gtx970 would cost 1.4k in my country and that would probably be too much for me to afford.
Thanks in advance.
