Hey all,

I'm building a pc at this very moment and I'm encountering an issue.
When I plug my monitor to the GTX 750Ti there's no reaction on the monitor.

My mobo is a MSI 970 Gaming
CPU: FX6300

I also noticed that there's no connection from the msi gtx 750ti to the PSU, is this normal?
And please help me find a solution to make my monitor work.

I'm also sure that the GPU is corretly installed on the Mobo since the fans are running ...

Thanks in advance!

Update: I double checked there's no connection between the msi gtx750ti and psu (works as intented)
PC boots up but my monitor stays black (no video input) , the issue is not my monitor since it does work on my laptop.

I'm using a VGA cable which goes directly to the MSI GTX750Ti. There's no slot on the motherboard MSI 970 Gaming to connect the monitor.

As for PSU I have a seasonic M2 520 EVO which i assume is more than enough for my build.

look to make sure the card in the first top video slot. if it is try the other video slot see if video works. try posting wiht one ram dimm. try another gpu. check the bios rev sticker on the mb see if it new. it may be a bios issue. try booting the mb on top of a box wiht just the gpu and one ram stick

From the looks of it, I'd say your bios needs an update. Check your current bios version (lots of tutorials around if you don't know how) and check the manufacturer's website for any possible updates.

So you're telling me I can check the BIOS without having a monitor?

Update 2: Tried changing GPU port on the mobo -> same issue

Monitor no video input going into sleep mode. Screen is just black.

Update 3: I also do not hear a bip sound when the PC boots up.
