Hi i'm a bit new to building PC's (this is my first build) so far everything's going ok until I tried to boot it. I'm trying to put windows 10 64-bit operating system via USB. However whenever I try and boot the USB stick the screen is black with a flashing underscore. I don't know what to do from here hence asking the community, My specs are: ASUS M5A78L-M USB 3 motherboard, AMD FX 6300 processor, ATX 500W PS, gigabite GTX 960. Thanks :) (sorry if its an easy fix and im just being an idiot)

How about take the gtx960 out, use the onboard ATI Radeon™ HD 3000 GPU to boot the PC, if the PC can boot , your problem maybe from that PSU, because not all the 500W PSU are the same, some of them can not output the 500W even 400W power.

thanks for the reply, currently (i should have said) the GPU is out of the PC, I made my usb bootable and yet still I get multiple different results which all lead to me not being able to boot
