Hi, building a new PC and want to check if it all works fine or could be optimised. I only do general things plus gaming. Already own the gtx 970 and situated in Australia for the pricing. Looking do at least 60 fps with high to near max settings on a 1080p 60 hz monitor. In the future looking to upgrade to a 1440p 144 hz monitor and appropriate graphics card. I'm looking to over clock the CPU and GPU but I don't know too much about that yet, so I'll need to research it. Thanks guys

CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($339.00 @ Umart)

Thanks, I like your additions, just wondering the reasons why you changed the CPU cooler and Motherboard?
