So yeah, My house roof was collapsed while there was storm (glad it not that much, only on my room and I just take my PC out just in time before my roof collapsed but it still got some spill on it however) but the rain spread on my monitor and a bit on my PC.

So I check afterward if there any soak parts on my PC, and it did. The lower mainboard part and the PSU having a lot of spilling on it but less than my monitor that get directly soaked from rain like a lot, which is not good.

What should I do, I'm still very panic, I tried to clean everything as possible and putting desk fan toward to my computer and monitor for drying them and some hopes.

I hope it wouldn't die on me yet, my PC is just 4 months old :(

Solution
Power Supply > Take it apart and inspect for Residue/ Corrosion. Spray it with Electrical Cleaner "CRC QD Electronic Cleaner" if needed, use a tooth brush and carefully remove any corrosion.

Mainboard > Same method here, inspect and spray it with cleaner if needed. The board should have sealer coat so damage isn't all that likely if it wasn't powered up when this happened. You will need to remove the CPU, RAM and anything else plugged into the board, check for
corrosion and residue on these parts as well and spray if needed.

Monitor> Remove the back cover and inspect the Board of boards for corrosion and residue, if none is present then do a Dry test.. Put back on and Power Up most likly you will be good as long as you see no...

The problem is homeowner (which is not me but my parents) doesn't have home insurance or accident insurance. Which is dead end for me..

EDIT its seem we have one, but its probably wont covers because "act of god"

Note.. When using Electrical cleaner maintain a 3 inch spray distance or you risk flushing off the Sealer coat that covers the Trace leads and exposing them to Corrosion "Oxygen + Humidity" which will cause premature failure overtime. You can use 91% isopropyl to do the same thing as it is far less risky to remove the coating than cleaners which contain Denatured Alcohol aka Ethyl.

12-24 hours is not enough, wait at least a week. You have to make sure ALL residues of water are dried, sometimes it takes 2 weeks for everything from in the tiny cracks and inside some components to completely dry. Better safe than sorry.

You probably don't have to wait for that long, but its safest. You should leave the case open preferably with a small fan pointed inside the case to dry it faster. Dry off any visible droplets of water if you haven't already. You could also get some isopropyl alchohol to spray on any contacts to dry it off. Since your PC was off, it should be all good and the components has a high chance of being still working. The most important thing is to not turn on your computer unless everything is 100% completely dry.

Good news! I was very impatient (-_-) so I try to turn on again and BAM, now I'm typing on my PC :) the bad news is my monitor isn't working, it's just showing a big water cloud and that's it. so I have to use my second monitor. Maybe I'll find the ways around to disassemble the monitor. Thanks again everyone for helping me! :)

CRC electronics cleaner You can find that at Wal Mart or a Automotive Store. Isopropyl is carried by just about everyone, Wal Mart, Target and any place that sells medical supplies and any pharmacy.

Sounds like your monitor may be toast though, a Water mark on the screen isnt from a corroded Connection or short on the I/O board. I would look at inspecting your PC regardless, Corrosion can be a slow burn and ruin parts.
