Hello! Recently I bought this External Battery.

My phone has 3 000mAh battery and the external battery has 10 000 so its around 4 charges, but the problem its that it kind of charges way too slowly.... Its charging up by 1 percent every 2-3 minutes and if I use the phone while Im charging it the battery is dropping. Is this normal or is there something wrong with the phone or the battery itself? Thanks!

P.S Im charging the phone through the 2.4A output

There may be a problem with the cells inside the battery if its still the same when charging other devices. I would probably send it back to Amazon and get a different one. I bought one a couple of weeks ago that was 13400mAh and was almost half the price and it works amazingly. Here

I tried its the same.....I also tried using a bunch of other cables but the result was the same....Any ideas?
