My laptop is outdated so I figured it's time to upgrade, I want a computer this time though. Idk to much about pc's but I need a good reliable computer for a couple years. Something for around 800$ including mouse keyboard and monitor, maybe 900$ tops. It needs to run mobas (league of legends) and games like overwatch because that's like all I play.

No mouse/keyboard/monitor or OS in there.....?

In fairness, $800-$900 is pretty low to include peripherals OP.

With that kind of budget, here's what I'd suggest:

this will run the listed games at ultra, and more modern ones at high

Over the ideal budget, but the OP did say $900 tops. Over budget with a better GPU, better quality SSD and I'm not too sure about the Rosewill ARC PSU's - I can't recall ever seeing a review on it?

You're right though, the 950 + i5 should be more than sufficient to do LOL on ultra - but Overwatch, nVidia themselves state a 950 should achieve 60FPS on medium at 1080p: http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/articles/overwatch-game-ready-driver-released

Ultimately, a better 'budget' option though.

Decent is probably a good word for them from what I can find. They seem "ok" at best (CX430W comparable maybe?).
Assuming the OP is ok with rebates, I'd much rather them opt for the SuperNOVA B2 @ $6 more. Totally overkill though.

The AData SP550 is a pretty good 'budget' option, absolutely. Reviews fairly well (I put one in my GF's Acer AIO and her kids laptop). It's nowhere near the performance of the 850 Evo, but at $30 less, it's definitely an option.
