I'm using Intel stock cooler. Sometimes it make loud noise for a second when playing games due to high temperature around 65C. Which one to replace? Hyper 212X, Hyper TX3 EVO, or Hyper H103?

Solution

They're small and don't have a lot of cooling capacity, but the noise characteristics of Intel's stock fan is actually better than anything you'd find on any cooler under $40. At idle and partial load, the Intel stock cooler will be quieter than most cheap aftermarket coolers, and OP still has lots of thermal headroom. I'd play with fan profiles before spending any money, because it's not going to hurt anything to let a modern Intel CPU run in the 70's or even low 80's at stock clocks.

Are you mad about the noise, or the temperature? The temperature is fine, but if your issue is the noise, then I suggest a Cryorig H7. Do not buy a Hyper 212 EVO, it's incredibly stupid, it's bigger and performs worse. But if you really need to save 5 freaking dollars, then get the 212 EVO .-.

The Cryorig is literally better in every way, it even looks better

Ecky, even then though, stock coolers are crap.

The 212X is literally an EVO with an extra fan. It also costs 5 dollars more, not less, but more than the quieter, better looking, and better performing Cryorig H7. Even the Hyper 212 EVO makes more sense.
