I would do this unless you decide to go with the GTX 1070. You picked out a great MB. The i5 6500 comes with a stock cooler. Add an SSD if you have some extra cash.

i do not plan to overclock so will go with the i5 6500 will this meet my gaming needs?
is extra cooling still neccessary; could i go with something like the cooler master hyper 212 for £26

could u recommended some ram to suit the build

thank you looks great ,read some reviews on rx480 and looking like a great card, just gotta wait til month end.
gonna add an ssd to ur suggested build i already have the os so that should all work out at a great cost:
last decisions is on whether to go with a 500gb ssd for £105 or get a 240 ssd and 1tb hdd for around the same price?

I would go with at least two storage drives. SSD for the C drive with only the OS and programs placed on it. Use the HDD for data, e.g. pictures, videos, documents, etc. If there is any problem and you need to reinstall the OS or something, your data is unaffected.
