Solution
At today, every PSU of the market ( as far i know ) is compatible with any motherboard at today, so, dont worry about it. (just be sure it fits in your case perfectly!)

The psu, try to go to Supernova B2 for EVGA, they're charming and it have good reviews, about wattage, nvidia recommend 350W or greater with a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 23 Amps or greater, so, there is your PSU.
