So straight to things.
My CPU is celeron D (single core 2,66Ghz with 1,4v max and TDP 84w)
So i want to use Pentium D 945 (dual core 3,2GHz with 95w TDP)
Will pentium survive in celeron D stock(package) cooler?
And if not will core 2 duo 6300 survive?
And can 3,2Ghz pentium D win Core 2 duo 1,83GHz?
I think pentium should win becouse clock speed is 2 times higher

TDP is a specification, not a value that will be true in all setups. Its not like Frequency, Cache, etc.
Best thing you can do, is try and see how it is temperature wise. My guess is that it will be just fine. Intel tends to use the same coolers for a lot of different models.

No, the Pentium D isnt faster than the Core 2 Duo E6300.
Even with 1.86 GHZ, the C2D chip will be faster, because of its superior architecture.
Also, the Core 2 Duo E6300 consumes less power, operates at lower temperatures, and can handle EXTREME overclocking. Btw, the D 945 is at 3.40 GHZ, not 3.20.

I used to own a Core 2 Duo E6400, which is pretty much the same as the 6300, except for 1 bin extra, resulting in 2.13GHZ, and it was OC'ed to 3.20GHZ operating 24/7. Not exaggerating, literally 24/7 my PC never turned off.
Worked like that for about 4.5 years (not 24/7 all these years, but close enough) and never died.
Never had any problems with it.
