It's not the best you can do and goes a bit over $400 -

Without the exact model of your video card we can't tell if what you've got is enough for gaming.

RAM seems enough, the CPU could have been better but it will be just fine for most games. Would be good to also know which PSU your PC has. Everything else seems ok.

Can you help me find compatible parts? And ones that i can play games on and have good FPS. IF you could please keep the parts between $50-$140.

I see, a GT730, as anti-duck said, that won't be enough for games.

You'd need at least a GTX 750 Ti which is at 120$ at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487025

With that mobo I guess the best "upgrade" for your CPU would be a FX-6300, will help in editing and in a lesser degree in games.

FX-6300: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286&cm_re=FX-6300-_-19-113-286-_-Product

However I'd suggest only spending on the video card. To be honest this idea of buying a pre-built computer and then upgrade it is not very good money-wise. It would have been better to build your own pc from scratch. But it is what it is, update the video card and you should be able to enjoy most games at mid settings.

A GTX 750 Ti would be a good upgrade and will be okay with the 500w stock no-name PSU. That's about it really with your budget.

I have to be honest, that system is not good and for ~$480, I'm sure someone on here could have put you a much better build together.

But you could save on the motherboard, the HDD, the video card, the case and the OS, I'm just really not familiar on where to shop in the US to get the best deals. Hopefully someone from the US will come in and put you a better build together within your budget.

Solution
That build anti-duck posted is great for its price. I doubt you could get a cheaper build. While you could save on the motherboard I advise against it, better to have a stable model than running later with issues, and for that price that mobo is really a bargain.
