i recently upgraded to a GeForce 960, and a Intel i7 LGA 1150, i currently have an ASrock Anniversary, my aim is to play games with mods (like Skyrim and other games like it) with no problems i don't plan on overclocking and my budget is around $150 or around there

What RAM do you have or you need to buy it as well ?

Like i7-4770K or i7-6700K.
And why would you need a new MB ? MB will nit improve your gaming. It would be better ti invest those 150usd in GPU. You could have GTX 970 instead of 960 which would make your games run much better.
