I am planning to get 500 GB SSD.
I have serious issues when I play GTA V or BF4 like games in very high settings, and I realised my disk is at 100%. So should I get Samsung 850 Evo SATA or new technology M.2 one?

My current rig:
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 3 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB DirectCU II Video Card
Case: Cooler Master Centurion 6
Power Supply: Seasonic S12G-750 750 Watts PSU

Thank you.

Their 100% no reason to get the m.2 drive for gaming it's 2X the price and will show no performance increase for what your doing.
The only reason to get a m.2 drive is if your doing a LOT of file transferring other than that and besides just running benchmarks no real world performance difference that you would notice.

but.. I found it in the same link ya sent:
2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16 or dual x8, red)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black) *1
3 x PCIe 2.0 x1 *2

It does have PCIe?

Very few Z97 boards have Ultra M.2 32Gb/s slots, the ASRock Z97 Extreme 6 being one. In the main you will get up to 10GBs at best from an M.2 slot on other boards. To fully utilise a M.2 card you will need PCIe 3 x 4 and an adapter such as the Lycom DT-129 for the Samsung M.2 SM951 or SM950 SSDs. Best route I think would be to spend your money on the Samsung 850 EVO 500Gb 2.5 inch SSD or better still 1TB version. You will certainly notice the difference in performance after using the HDD's.
