Hi Can I run Rust on best settings with 40-50FPS? And arma 3 on medium/high settings at 30-50fps?

Intel i7-4790 3.6GHz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 4gb
16 GB RAM

I want to know as I am gonna be getting these games soon!

Ha, You have a very nice and powerful machine there,
There is no reason why not. The most demanding game is Crysis 3 from 2013 and even if you could not run this on its medium settings, the game of yours can surely run at your specs with high settings.
