CPU temp 96°C for approximately 30 minutes! CPU Damage?

I was testing my CPU Cooler in passive mode and plugged out every Case/Sytem Fan. So i ran minecraft and totally forgot about it, and the CPU was sitting at ~96°C.

Is there permanet damage to my CPU? Its a Brand-New Intel Xeon E3 1231 v3, i bought it yesterday!

Run it 90 C 24/7 and it's still going to last for years. I have yet to see a CPU fail due to heat, as long as the voltage is within manufacturers spec, i.e no overclocking done. My laptop has been heavily rendering on the side because it's got an i7 4 core 8 thread CPU, for about 4 years now, almost every day for hours. You really have nothing to worry about. For the record the laptop CPU is the i7 2630QM,
