Good day everyone. I am having problem with GPU since I bought it. Its Sapphire R9 380X Nitro OC, 4GB. What happens is that my PC randomly turn to black, sound usually loop in one tone and all I can do is restart. The crashes are very randomly and I can't recreate them at will. Once it crashed after half hour only watching youtube videos. I am trying to fix this problem for about half a year, without any success. Downloaded monitoring programs that didn't showed any signs of overheating.
My current specs

AMD Vishera FX-8350
ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0 - AMD 970
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866
Sapphire R9 380X Nitro OC, 4GB
Chieftec GDP-750C

Here is what I did since i bought this GPU
-changed power supply from 500W to 600W and to now 750W
-had it in PC servise store for testing
-changed all my old PC parts for new (except HDD)
-reinstalled drivers multiple times (switched from CD one to the new radeon and back, and yes, I used the AMD driver removal tool, even deleted any AMD/ATI folders on my HDD)
-had it in store where I bought it, which they returned as not faulty
-in the meantime, I had GPU borrowed from my brother, which worked perfectly
-got my own back, 3 weeks without problem and then it begun again
-reinstalled windows
-tried various methods and problem-solvers (having constant fan speed, turning off power saving)
-even tried to be on one internet broswer, because somebody had similar problem and it worked for him

Right now I am on CD drivers, but it helped me for only 3 days to not crash on me. The last one I got happened after 3 hours of PC usage, and I didnt did anything that hard for GPU. Screen turned black, skype was still working and my friend could hear me normally.
I am planning to return to store with this GPU, again. What is kinda bad is that there are about 3 other customers that have same problem with this GPU.

I will greet any possible solution for this. Thanks for reading this and have a good day

Based on all of your tests, it seems very likely that it is a problem on the GPU end. Your best option is to return it and go for a different model. There is also a small chance that it might be motherboard related, but I would replace your gpu first. Have you replaced your motherboard while this issue was occurring?

Yes, I was using ASUS M5A97 PRO - AMD 970. And if there will be no luck in possible solution here, I will return it, or will try to.

Ok. It is extremely likely that it is the 380X, especially if other people are having this issue too.
