What should i upgrade on my PC to be able to play most of 2016 titles?

Currently, my PC consists of:
GPU- nvidia geforce 210
CPU-intel celeron g1610 2.6 ghz
4GB of ram
500gb hard disk space(which is more than enough for me).
AsRock h61m-vg3

My budget is around 250 euro maybe up to 300. I am really low on money and i would like to play most games on 720p/med/30fps settings. Is this even possible?

As I am sure you are aware, your system is somewhat weak all around. You do have a dual-core CPU though, so it would be best to put your money into a better graphics card. What is the brand and model of your PSU? If this entire system is a prebuilt, then the PSU won't be junk, but it will be weak. In this case, unless it has a PCIe power cable, the strongest card you should consider is a GTX750Ti. This alone may meet your goals, and should be well under budget.
