MOBO BIOS Crash

I have a MSI Gaming 7 Z97A MOBO- 4790K- 850 watt EVGA PSU- GTX 970- 2 sticks 8GB RAM- My MOBO will not boot into BIOS I get nothing but a black screen. LED code 67. I have reset the CMOS with no change. Is there any way for me to flash or restore the BIOS in its current state?

According to the manual, the error 67=Late CPU Initialization. It related to cpu/MB or PSU.

Using the jumper to clear the CMOS again, take out the gtx970 too, try reboot the PC. If you still get the 67 error, either go to local PC shop ask for help or contact MSI.

Or before you contact MSI, try this: recover the BIOS from MSI https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/TechFAQdetail.aspx?formid=3046

My mobo has dual BIOS. 1 of the BIOS has crashed. I switched to my secondary BIOS and after i got in to the BIOS I found that my OS was bad I fixed the OS but my primary BIOS needs to be fixed. How do I do this? Do I flash it from my secondary BIOS?
