the thing is that i've extended one disk by adding unlocated space but after adding it WINDOWS 7 cant access the disk without formating which i dont want to do cause of loosing plenty of data. What are your suggestions , is there any software or things to make windows 7 read the disk again without formating it ? thanks

what did you use to extended the disk? sound like it might have mess up the partition
