Hey all. I'm currently looking to downgrade on the space my tower is taking up. Right now the guts are made up of an Asus Maximus VII HERO, an EVGA Titan X, a modular EVGA 1000W PSU, two sticks of Corsair Vengeance. There's also two SDDs and a single HDD, as well as a disc drive (however that's not entirely an essential requirement here). I'm looking to do a transplant into a smaller case that's somewhat more portable. Right now I'm using a CM Storm Sniper, but some things are broken and it's showing it's age. I've just moved so space is at a premium. Looking for something that's preferably sub-$200 (CAD)(negotiable), and can be shipped to Alberta before Friday's here. I've been hearing most Micro-ATX cases have ceiling room for regular ATX boards these days, but Newegg doesn't seem to distinguish between case form factor and what kind of motherboards will actually fit. If anyone can offer input, I'd be grateful.

I'm looking for something after having purchased a 250D earlier today, that I'll likely be taking back. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a Mini-ITX board that'll play nice with things as they are (Asus H97I-Plus is all I can find), so I'm at this point looking to do a direct case-swap. Thanks to everyone who drops a line!

Solution
That is ** why** we have MoBos and cases labeled as iTX, mATX, ATX etc so we know what fits in them. ATX will fit mATX, even iTX but not the other way around.

Basically, I'm seeking a Micro case that fits ATX boards, or a box-style that might be easier transported than a regular tower. The transition to ITX was because I'd already purchased a Mini ITX tower, however I cannot find a board that will play nice; as such I'll be returning the tower. I'm trying to forgo the hassle of a new board at this point, and at the very least half my current oversized monster. The Evolve is nice but I'm trying to avoid the usual tower design. Right now I'm looking at Corsair Carbide Air cases, as they seem to be a better fit for my overall hopes/needs.

I apologize. I suppose then I'd been misled. The distinction came from a Maximum PC article. "However, there isn’t much variety in microATX cases. Most are designed for a full-ATX motherboard, which happens to take microATX boards as a side effect." - http://www.pcgamer.com/head-2-head-mini-itx-vs-microatx-systems2015/ -- Under Round 2, in shopping options. I suppose I'll stick with what I've come across then. Thank you for your help.
