Is there a way to change dedicated memory on an integrated graphics card? I have a Dell Inspirion i7 6700T HD 530 graphics 12G

I am trying to change dedicated memory on integrated graphics card. I see some things online. I ran the Oculus Rift app to see if it was at least min specs, it was except for graphics card. Hate that everything else is goo except for that. Anyway to get around that detail. Don't/can't spend on new computer and $600 for Oculus.

It already goes up to 1.7gb. You are simply way too weak. Minimum requirements is a high end $300 gpu and your igpu is on the bottom and beaten by $50 cards.
