Solution Ralston18 Jun 14, 2016 If you are resetting the Kindle to factory settings you must go into those settings thereafter and change them to match your wireless network. SSID, security, password, and so forth. Check the User Guide/Manual or go online to find the setup procedure. Here is an example procedure: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/19902/~/connecting-the-kindle-e-book-reader-to-a-wireless-network Your entries will, of course, be those needed to match your network. Very easy to overlook or forget something so read carefully, take your time, and keep notes for future reference.
