Worth upgrading from ddr3 to ddr4?

Im looking to buy a new mobo and intel processor. I was wondering if the jump from ddr3 to 4 is worth the extra money I will need to pay for new ram along with the slightly more expensive ddr4 motherboard.

Does ddr4 capability justify enough for the extra 60 bucks or so I will need to pay for ram sticks with the new mobo?

Exactly what USAFRet said, you shouldn't be basing the CPU you want to get on the RAM, in the end, the CPU is going to make the big difference. As for the DDR3 vs DDR4 debate, the difference isn't to big in games and you shouldn't stress over it.
