How to control 21 fans?

So pretty much I have 21 corsair fans in my 900 D (yes, it's a lot, but it's for looks) what would be the best way to connect them all to have full control over all of them, right now I can control most of them using speedfan, but the ones I can't control, I want to.

What type of fans.... did you actually buy the fans already ?

Corsair PWM fans do not perform well in PWM

The issue with daisy chaining a lot of PWM fans onto a single PWM header varies from one fan model to another, and one mobo to another....

The Corsair PWM fans are the very worst in this respect . . . .

PWM Fans (Other than Corsair):

3 of these connected to 3 PWM Headers on your MoBo

2 (or more) of these connected to 3 PWM Headers on your MoBo

I say "or more" as you may wanna control different fan combos differently... I use:

1 hub for 6 fans on a 3 x 140mm radiator
1 hub for 4 fans on a 2 x 140mm radiator
1 hub for 6 case fans

Run pairs or triple sets of fans in 1 area as a single unit, it's counter-productive to run fans mounted next to each other at variable speeds. Use hubs, sata or molex powered with a single pwm signal, don't rely on mobo power, 3 fans will pull a minimum of @0.6A which is close to average header maximum amperage.
