Hi, every time i turn my computer on, it goes to a keyboard error screen followed by the windows error recovery screen.

The problem is that both my keyboard and mouse do not work. i have had this problem for months, but have given up a while ago but i am giving it another crack. when i first discovered the problem, i was able to get into safe mode, in which case the keyboard and mouse worked perfectly fine, my plan was to then re-install windows, but for some reason i got out of safe mode and have never been able to get back in.
I can't really remember but when i got into safe mode i think i had disconnected the mother board.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advanced.

"disconnected the mother board." I know for sure you didn't disconnect the motherboard as that is basically that is the most important part that everything else needs/ well that and the power supply

"it goes to a keyboard error screen followed " well I think you might need a new keyboard or try it with a diffent computer.

"i know for sure", you are rude. When i say i disconnected the motherboard, i then re connected it, and im not as dense as you, of course i have figured out it is beyond a hardware issue.

"i disconnected the motherboard, i then re connected it" what did you disconnect and then reconnect????? was it the mouse, keyboard, power supply, video card, ram, cpu..... again you don't disconnect a motherboard unless you mean you took all the parts apart and put it back together, is that what you mean????

that is exactly what i mean, who is dense enough to try run a PC with a disconnected motherboard?, use a bit of common sense.

Your never going to find help here if you act this way. You still haven't answered what you disconnected that enabled you to get into safe mode.

And fyi your the one who said you "disconnected the motherboard" when we both know you cant do that. that's why i've been trying to figure out what you did disconnect or do. but since you haven't answered that question. good luck. no more responses from me on this post
