SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH pc crashes

My PC has been crashing ever since i finished building it about a month ago and im going to rip all my hairs out and burn them along with this PC. It crashes randomly either when: Im loading Skyrim, loading Overwatch, in the middle of playing Skyrim, Overwatch, or Minecraft. It will just go black and completely reboot itself. I get actual crashes where it says something like "blah blah has crashed" from overwatch, Enter The Gungeon, and Hotline Miami. Sometimes my PC will reboot itself randomly without me touching it while surfing the web or just sitting on my desktop. I cannot figure out the problem at all and it is driving me crazy because of all the hard work I put into making the money for this and I cannot play any game comfortably without fps drops or crashes. The CPU temps always max out at around 70C and same with the GPU. It is a very new PC and i have cleaned dust out several times. Please help me before i burn this thing. My specs are:

EVGA Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 Ti 6gb
Intel I5 6600k
Asus z170-a mobo
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB RAM 2 sticks
650 Watt EVGA platinum series PSU
Cryorig H7 CPU cooler
3 fans
WD 1TB HDD

I checked the system tab of event viewer and the only red message i got recently was a critical that said "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." And the PC does not feel hot after this happens but when it is starting back up again it gets really loud. I checked the Administrative Events in the viewer and all i have is warnings, criticals, and errors

i had the same problem a year back turned out my new RAM was faulty , i replaced it & everything was OK, test your RAM to make sure it is allright, since you have 2 ram's , run the pc with only one stick, one by one, see if it solve your problem

I tried one stick in each slot and skyrim crashed on load every time about 6 times. It still continues to crash with 2 sticks. But I did end tasks in the task manager such as all the Service Host tasks and skyrim did not crash. I do not know why
