MSI Gaming 7 Z97A BIOS Update question

I have a MSI Z97A Gaming 7 mobo- 4790K- 850 watt psu- 2 sticks 8 gb ram. My mobo has dual BIOS. 1 of the BIOS has crashed. I switched to my secondary BIOS but my primary BIOS needs to be fixed. How do I do this? Do I flash it from my secondary BIOS?

unzip the bios file to a usb stick put the usb stick in a port. set the mb to bad bios and power on the pc. the mb should in 20 min recover itself if it can. if not you have to flash the bios twice.

I cannot find a direct answer on the MSI website. But if I were in your shoes, I would download their live update tool, and let it update everything in your system, including the BIOSes.

I have the BIOS file downloaded to a USB, but I am unsure if I should flash the bad BIOS or flash the good BIOS in the BIOS screen. What do you mean by flash the BIOS twice?
