In case I want to run more fans, am I able to get 5v or 7v from these two PCIE ports? Or do I only have to use the 4-pin modular port?

If you'd like to run more fans then you should get a fan hub/splitter like this one. Using the molex to connect fans in this day and age is asking to open a bottlecap with your bare hands instead of a bottle cap opener. It also means that you can take advantage of fewer power connectors running through your system and your cable runs are neatly managed.

You could rewire the outputs from the PCI-E leads but that would ask you to buy supplies, make custom harnesses and then make sure your wires are in order with a multimeter.

Lutfi, great information. The hub/splitter looks very useful, and thanks for getting to my request. However, there's one more question you didn't answer. Such as the power supply unit I posted here that doesn't support 7v or 5v, is there a way I can get 7v or 5v? Or do I just have to deal with the 12v unless buying a different power supply unit?
