So here is what I have right now :
An AMD FX 8350
R9290 GIGABYTE EDITION (Windforce)
8gb DDR3 Ram (4x2 4gb sticks)

What I am ordering :
Case : Corsair Carbide Series Air 240 High Airflow MicroATX and Mini-ITX PC Case - White
PSU: Modular (Idk which one)

Questions:
-Can anyone confirm that the R9290 fits in the Case and does anyone have suggestions for a motherboard that is AM3+ for my FX chip and also fits the R9290?
-This will be my first water cooled pc and I want hard tubing (any suggestions?)
-Once additional question is If I plastidip spray the case will it fill the holes?

It should easily fit. That card is about 295mm if I'm looking at the specs for the correct R9 290 Gigabyte Windforce OC edition. The case supports GPU cards up to 330mm in length, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Water cooling questions should probably be asked separately, in the overclocking sub section where the water cooling guys hang out. Our resident water cooling guru Rubix_1011 usually keeps tabs on all water cooling questions or you could PM him with a link to the thread created for those types of questions. You'll simply get better answers that way, with an experienced open loop maniac dishing you up the real scoop on what you should be looking for.

If you plastidip the case you CAN fill very small holes accidentally, if you apply it too thickly or if the holes are very small. In any case, plastidip will decrease the size of any holes or orifices it's sprayed on, as it IS rather thick and tends to bridge fine openings. If the openings are larger than the thickness of a pencil lead I wouldn't worry about it entirely sealing them up, but be aware that they will lose some opening area simply because the plastidip will cling to the inside edges which will shrink those openings. Paint does the same thing, just to a much lesser degree.
