I would appreciate any help with this build.

When I Power up the PSU, the MOBO will show RED LED Light (SB_PWR). No working Fan or beep sounds.
The front panel power switch is off as well.
PC Info
Socket: LGA 1151
Motherboard: ASUS H170 Gaming Pro
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB Kit (8GBx2) UDIMM DDR4-2400
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Super Clocked Gaming
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2 80+ GOLD
Case: CM Storm Stryker
CPU FAN: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Install:
Everything like CPU, CPU Fan, GPU, RAM is already installed.
Here's what I've tried
First, Using Detection Tool, I test the PSU functionality.
Result: The PSU Fan began spinning. (Successful)
Second: Connect the MOBO cable to PSU AND MOBO.
Result: PSU Fan failed to spin, RED LED Light appears on the MOBO.
Third: Took out the CMOS ( for couple of minutes) and back in.
Result: Failed yet again with the same as above.
Fourth: Replace RAM DIMM Slot location (Placed in every other slot)
Result: Failed *Red LED Light*
Fifth: Took out GPU and retested.
Result: FAILED, Yet again.
***Let me know, and I'll provide pictures***
