For some reason whenever I try and change my CPU ratio from its default 3.5ghz to anything higher it just doesn't make a change after i save/exit, I have tried many different things and settings but again still nothing changes. although when I go back into the BIOS all the changes that I had made are still the same but nothing actually changes once I boot up windows again. I currently have a i5 6600k chip with Z170M-Plus motherboard and 2x4gb 2666mhz of RAM.
I can't seem to figure out why it is not changing and hope someone can help me out.
