So randomly, past 2 days I been getting the blue screen of death, I havent installed any new hardware, Possibly my driver booster upgraded my drivers and i get it but even unintalling and installing the drivers manually thru device manager didnt do anything, the blue screen of death is not consitent it happens randomly. I have Asus Sabertooth z97 mark 1 mother board with Windows 7 64bit Intel 5 4670k processor, ssd evo 850 500 gb hard drive. I need help with this because this is just 2 much. I downloaded bsod viewer it shows its the usb 3.0 extensive host controller but I have no idea how to fix it.. Last one I got was after i updated to 3.1 Asmedia external controller that gave me also an blue screen of death but that was a new one to give me the problem. Any idea or help with this problem?

Thanks I will try that that software, and I did see online to maybe update my bios but earlier I couldnt find my flash drive so I will try bios update later today after i go to sleep. So far I fixed my registry, checked for malware, checked my ram usage and problems, keep monitoring cpu and gpu temps which are good hopefully it wont show up. I get this bsod every few hours so I dunno if its fixed or not after I did all that right now.

OK let me know when you did

this motherboard has two usb 3.x chipsets the intel chipset drivers support the intel usb 3.x and usb 2.x USB ports
and the ASMedia chip support the rest.

USB drivers require BIOS support so the BIOS should be updated to the current version and you need to install the Intel CPU chipset drivers as well as the asmedia drivers. You should get them from your motherboard vendor, in the case of the intel chipset driver you can get a version from intel if you want.

after these are updated, if you still get a bugcheck, then you have to change your memory dump type to kernel memory dump, share the file c:\windows\memory.dmp to a server like microsoft onedrive, and post a link.
the kernel memory dump will have the logs and debug info on the USB system.

So apparently my corsair k70 was giving me the blue screens while being plugged in more constantly, I have tried to update my bios to the latest version of it and it says it doesnt match the requirement or something like that even tho its a bios from asus website

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_Z97_MARK_1/HelpDesk_Download/

tried installing the top bios and it wouldnt let me from the flash drive like i said it said it doesnt match requirement or something like that, sorry kinda stressed out while trying to do this. I had to switch keyboards for the blue screens of death to stop appearing while im typing password to the computer because it went from going randomly every few hours to not letting me enter the password. Apparently switching the keyboard let me at least get here and try to update bios that failed. Any ideas what I should do?

I have used a different keyboard, installed older drivers from my asus mother board website hopefully that fixed the problem. I shall reply later seeing if this helped because, bios doesnt want to update with the good version of bios, removing and instaling the drivers by it self in device manager didnt help, hopefully removing the driver with the older driver will help.
