Hi,

Nice build,especially nice case.:D

i would rather use a different cooling paste like the next,

the RMx would already be a very good choice,but with a case like that you might want to look at more color options.:)

Also with a board and case like that get some nice colored ram on the motherboard like,

Well for the 8 pin and 24 pin connectors can you buy extensions like found here,

Corsair also makes cable sets for certain psu's so maybe that for the RMx there is a colored cable set.Could be that the bigger companies like Afuture or Azerty know how to get them.

Talking about those it seems that for the Corsair RMx there's are cables from "Cable Mod" which can be used by these psu's.Some links,

Thx for the help but I think I'm gonna go with the standard ones maybe for the future tho.
and I switched from water cooling to air cooling becouse it looks nicer with the red LED's.

I see you exchanged the ssd for other less (imo) parts.I wouldn't do that


One the two case fans,where to put them? What use do they have? Except looking cool.

The only great thing ,besides looking cool,from that cpu cooler seems that it is pretty slent.Not something i would buy it for.You could buy a less expensive cooler that allows two fans and buy some additional pwm led fans and be cheaper off.Without the two fans and a cheaper cooler would there probably be budget for that ssd.
The cooler also infringes on the first two memory slots so that high profile ram you chose will not fit under it.Other thing,you could also take some led pwm fans and use them with a watercooler.

One other thing,are you going for sli in the future? Other wise would you not need a 750watt psu and would that save money as well.

I will look for some suggestions later on,with the gtx 1070 not yet for sale do i assume you aren't buying yet.

I'm using a Corsair CS550M PSU in my pc now, will that be enough ? And I don't think I'm going for SLI.
And I want to put the 4 Corsair Air Series AF120 in the case for air flow or wouldn't it work becouse it's an open case ?
Now i have 2 BitFenix Spectre LED PWM 14cm can I replace them with the 2 fans from the CPU cooler ?

That one should work fine for a single gpu system.



They will have no benefit other than lighting up the place.The components that really need active cooling have that,cpu+gpu+psu,and the rest will loose it's heat by the natural flow of the air since an open case.



You could use those on let's say a H110i GTX or H115i GTX from Corsair for instance.A 280mm aio watercooler like those.Other brands have them too like cooler master,NZXT or Swiftech.Well like these,

The Cryorig would be a nice choice.It even has some active vrm cooling.I just hope that the tube are long enough to have it in the right direction.Some info about the length of the tubes,

Looking at competing 280 mm units, we find that the NZXT Kraken X61 has tubing that rings in at sixteen inches. Our Corsair H110I GTX has hoses that ring in at at about twelve inches.

Got that from a review by "Legitreviews".

I don't think there are tower coolers where these would work.Most,all i know,tower coolers even when using 140mm fans still use fans that have spacing of the holes at 120mm so the retention clips wouldn't work with the spectre fans.

So you mean that I can better remove al the fans and just put a watercooler in pe pc ?
No case fans or am I hearing it wrong ? Like i have now ?

That's what i mean yes.

Don't get me wrong if you want the case to flash a little could you for instance get ram with leds or a ram cooler with led fans,even those other fans,but the other fans will only be for making it look nice (if you love led) not for the cooling itself,they just blow air through the case and out the back..
