The latest Nvidia drivers wouldn' install, so I tried a clean install (from the nvidia installer). The installed drivers got deleted. New ones won't get installed. I tried to install them mannually from the control panel/device manager and it sometimes says "Access deinied" or "This proccess requires an interactive window station". I am logged in as an administrator. Windows 8.1 x64.

What I tried so far:
-Giving permissions to "Everyone" under System32\drivers and also System32\DriverStore.
-Multiple versions of the drivers, even beta ones.
-Installing the drivers on Safe Mode, mannually and with the nvidia installer.
-Installing them through the "Hidden" Administrator account (mannually and with the installer). Same error.
-A custom nv_dispi.inf file I found online.
-Display Driver Uninstaller (Driver Sweeper) run in safe mode
-Installing the nv_dispi.inf file from the NVIDIA folder.
-Deleting any trace of the old nvidia drivers.
-Repairing windows with the install disk and without it.
-Logging on windows with the "Disable digital signatures" (or smth like this) option.
- Disabling and unintslling the graphics card and the drivers on Device Manager (Shows up as Display or Generic VGA Adapter)
-Checked if the install files are encrypted, they are not.
-Firewall and antivirus disabled
-Rebooting (Who would've thought that? lol)

Tried all of the above, none worked. I don't want to format my pc, i have some important files and i don't want to install all the programs and games again (Almost 600GB). I suppose generic windows display drivers are installed. 1920x1080 screen but it doesn't display on the whole screen, bot only on a center part, even tough i have selected the 1920x1080 resolution. Also, I can't play any games.

Specs:
Windows 8.1 x64 Build 9600
MSI GTX 650 2GB OC
3GB ddr2 ram @800GHz
Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 @2.40GHz (Oc)
Gigabyte P35-DS4
1TB WD Blue HDD

Thanks in advance for any help.
