Overheating H55 water cooler

My H55 is over heating, I don't know what to do. When I'm using my pc it turns itself off after 20-30 mins of use. I don't know how to clean the cooler either so some help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Apparently the amount of heat dumped by a component is rated by it's TDP, so in essence, you've posted a thread without any information of your processors TDP. Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS and connected peripherals? It'd also be of great help if you could state your ambient room temperatures.
