Solution
Shooters respond best to graphics capability.
Integrated graphics is not much good.
Buy a GTX750ti graphics card for about $100 after rebate.

Unless you have a good 400w psu, that is about as strong as you can get.

If your games were more cpu limited like sims, mmo or strategy games, you could buy a i3-4170 for about $120.

with either option, you will have something like $20-$40left over.
You could up your ram to 8gb or save towards a ssd for windows.

more ram or a graphics card, both will help. but a good gpu is gonna be most useful for games. though not many you can buy for 140 for serious gaming. May be able to find a r9 380 for that price. OR an this is what i reccomend. Is you save up a lil more an buy a rx 480 when they come out this month. Becuase right now gpus arnt worth paying for unless its a 1080.1070 or rx 480

Thanks for the reply, Ill go for the 750Ti, Although i said in my post I wanna be able to play BF4 and Cod, i won't really play those. I wanna playing CSGO Exclusively so if you have a different offer for CSGO exclusively that'll be good, also what kind of ram do i buy? i saw alot of different brands so ill appreciate help.

Thanks, Nerdy.

that's a tall order - GPU is your greatest need for those FPS' but I think you need to increase your budget. I personally am in preference to Nvidia but based on your budget you're looking at a 370:

I would also recommend adding memory - pick the best stock speed you can use for your motherboard (like 1333 or 1600 MHz). You'll probably want to pick a kit with (2) 4GB DIMMs so that they'll be compatible. I am preferential to Corsair but everyone's different. Gskill and Kingston are good options as well.

As i said in my replys, i wont play BF4 or COD i will play only CS:GO, I currently get 60 fps @ 1280x720

Im aiming to get 120+ @ 1280x800 (CSGO)

I prefer Nvidia graphics cards cause of shadowplay, i thought about the GTX 750 Ti and upgrading ram as you say,

I wont bottleneck upgrading ram and graphics card with my CPU right?

the 750ti could likely get to that FPS mark - I was using those for my security DVR workstations and have recently switched to the 960. An uptick in power requirements but a significant increase in graphical performance. Your CPU will be the limiting factor in your rig obviously - goal should be to get to an 4th gen i5 so that you'll be able to handle most triple A titles at a decent FPS @ 720p

Just checked and my power supply is 450 watt 500 max, do you think that can handle an i5 4600k and a gtx 750 ti?

edit: i meant an i5 4460 Haswell
