Cant find amd install manager!

I have this problem: https://community.amd.com/thread/198607

So i went to this page and found the solution: http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU57RemoveOldGraphicsDrivers.aspx

As you can see you need to go to the control panel and change the amd install manager. But I cant find the install manager! It just isnt there. Is there another way to re-install the drivers?

Here is a screenshot from the control panel, and as u can see there isnt aything more on the letter A. So it is gone!

go to my computer go to amd folder go to the folder with your version for example mine is named Non-whql-64bit-radeon-software-crimsion.... click on bin64 folder run the program "installmanagerapp.exe" if there are old install it will allow you to uninstall them. if it finds nothing it will only allow install(if there is no install go ahead and try to install from that point) and see if you get any issues)
