So here is the setup:
i7 5820K
AsRock X99 Extreme4
Lucifer V2 Cooling Fan
XFX Radeon 7970 x2 Crossfired with Bridge
8GBx4 Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM
Cooler Master HAF X
1200W Ultra PSU
So I just ordered the GTX 1080 and was uninstalling one of the 7970's to put in my server whose video card died. I had one 7970 in PCI slot 1 and the other in PCI slot 3. I removed the video card in slot 3 and installed in the server. When I powered up the server, everything was fine. When I powered up my gaming rig, there was no display and I heard 5 long beeps then the successful POST beep from the motherboard. I powered down and swapped video cards putting the video card in the AsRock in slot 3. Powered up and had the same issue. Then I returned the video cards to their normal positions. Powered up and this time it was only the successful POST beep, but still no display. I verified that everything was reconnected as before and the system had been working flawlessly up until today. Can anyone assist?
