I'm going to build a really good PC soon that I want to be able to stream max quality FPS games with with no lagg at all even though I might not have the best internet. I'm considering waiting for the new GTX 1070 instead of the first link down below. Which one of those do you guys think I should choose? Is it a huge difference?
