I don't want to overclock I just want the quitest system possible.

how do graphic cards and cpu's share a rad or setup?

I'm waiting for the next gen graphics cards but if you could explain how it works together with a 980 ti or titan id be thankful for the knowledge.

The watercooling sticky has that covered(linked in my sig).

If you're looking for massive cases and budget isn't a thing then you can look towards the Caselabs range of chassis's. If you are on a budget then you can take a look at the:
Corsair 900D, 750D, 760T
Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, Primo
Fractal Define S, R5, R4
Thermaltake Suppressor

Or are you talking about AIO liquid coolers being slapped on non reference PCB'd GPU's?
