$3K CDN system for Gaming + Twitch streaming

Build that I've created already (below). Ideally I'd appreciate two build suggestions in 2,500 and 3,000 CAD budgets. My friend is a non-partnered Twitch streamer. She already has a 1080p 144 Hz display, so nothing in budget needs to be allocated to a monitor. She's already purchased the case listed. She chose the i7-6800k (broadwell-e 6 core) based on my own positive experience with the i7-5820k. Thank you in advance.

+M0j0jojo I had a concern about the PSU. When users have high budgets, I normally suggest the EVGA P2 850, so that they have the option of two 1080 Ti's graphics cards in the future. Her response to my argument was that she doesn't plan to install two cards for SLI. Knowing this, I'm temped to lower wattage to the EVGA P2 650 for the same price, which would raise her efficiency from gold to platinum. Feedback?

The PSU is enough to handle SLI if sdded in future and use Kingston PCI-e for OS. I replaced Windows 10 Home version with Windows 10 Pro because it provide few extra features if you don't require them you can go with Windows 10 Home. There is no reason to go with GTX1070 when your budget is letting you throw in a GTX1080.

That storage setup is way too cost ineffective. You don't need the PCI-E drive if you've got a 1TB SSD. That doesn't make a lot of sense. Mechanical HDs are way more cost effective even in a $3K build. M2 drives are plenty fast and very reliable and you don't need anything more than that. And you don't need Windows 10 Pro if you're not using the networking features. Windows 10 Home has all the features of Pro minus the network features.

This is what I would get for that budget.

Correction:
I think I agree with you. 850W would be prudent for the 6 core 6800K. But at any rate, the 650W P2 will be plenty for the single GTX 1070.

Excellent choice ( P2 650w ) and leaves plenty of headroom for a move to the 1080 Ti ( or whatever they call it ) in the future.

If she plans on doing any CPU overclocking you need to invest in a high end air cooler ( Noctua D 14, 15, Phanteks TC 14PE or similar ) at the minimum because Broadwell E gets hot quick.

The memory controller on Broadwell E is at least as good as Skylake so I'd go with DDR4 3000 or faster as there will be real world gains in some apps. Also note that you are using a quad channel platform and you only have a dual channel kit picked out.

I'm not convinced she needs HEDT. A 6700K is a beast and considerably cheaper as an overall platform.
