I bought a new Seasonic m12ii 750w and its fan spins % 100 even it is cold.
I mounted it well and this is the happened. When i enter a game, smartfan of psu starts to spin on %100 rpm and makes incredible disturbing noise. I checked it but it is just warm not even hot. Contacted with Seasonic supp team and they suggested to exchange from local dealer but i have read something from a forum that problem may cause by my system but i checked everything. May be some1 got information or a solution for this issue. MB: asus h87m pro, CPU: i5 4440, GPU: asus strix r9 380 oc, 8 gb ram. This system works well on aopen 500w on load. I also tried this psu as unmounted out of case and still fan spins % 100.
I will be appreciated if some1 can suggest a way or define.

At this point of time since you've gotten the green signal to get an RMA for your unit, I'd say that you shouldn't waste further time inquiring of what to do and proceed with the exchange/RMA/replacement. It's not normal for a PSU's fan to be running at 100% even if the system is idling and tasking the PSU at about 20% of the PSU's requirements.
