Right now i have the CPU fan facing the Case fan. so its like yeah... CPU fan of the gammax 300 is facing the case fan in which they are like 3 cm apart. Would this contribute to higher temps than normal?

My fan of my CPU cooler is the opposite. So the fan is Facing the Case fan.

Do you think its worth it to take the cooler off and put it like you showed me? Or you think its not worth it and leave it as is?

Cheers

Worth it. If the case fan is exausting air, it's fighting with the fan of the cooler. That turbulence also means more noise.

Im just a bit hesitant because last time i took cooler off i only JUST manged to get it back on.... it took me a hour.. Is it really worth it? Cheers

Something must be wrong. I took off the cpu cooler. put new thermal paste on, turned it round (to your direction) and now im getting like max 55 Degrees on prime 95. Did i put to much thermal paste on?? why is it so low? i dont get it.

Nothing is wrong. you had it poorly configured. Now your case has proper airflow, whereas before the cpu fan was impeding the back fan from exausting heat from the system.

Oh, i see ! Now its all A OK for my GTX 1070 arriving tomorrow/wednesday. I hope my i5 4590 isnt too much of a bottleneck. Eh if only i could Overclock it....

Don't worry. that CPu would only be a bottleneck if you were playing 1080p 144hz and not in the sense that you would really notice.

Dam im on 60 Hz 1080 P . Looks like i will have a tad bottleneck. :pPP

If you do not intend to get a 1080p 144Hz or an 1440p monitor, i suggest that you get the upcoming RX 480 for $200 at the end of the month. The 1070 is a bit overkill for 1080p 60Hz.

Meh I've already bought it., It arrives tomorrow.... but I know it was overkill but I bought it because I wanted to get a GPU that would last me for the next few years.
