Input: 100-120V ~/9A 50-60HZ
200-240V ~/45A 50-60HZ

Output: +5V ===/22A Max -12V === /1A Max
+5V (FP) === /4A Max +3.3V===/17A Max
+12VA ===/18A Max +12VB ===/18A Max

Combined Power on +3.3V and +5V Rails not exceed 150W.
Combined Power on +12VA and +12VB Rails not exceed 264W.
Max Continuous Total DC Output Power shall not exceed 305W.

Those were my psu specs.

The 6450's power consumption is ridiculously low, like below 30W at peak. It can practically run on a potato, simply because it's a very, very weak GPU. What are you using it for and what are your specs? It might not help you in what you're doing - it's essentially worse than integrated GPUs of recent years and mostly useful just so a PC without an on-CPU graphics solution can be physically used.

I have an Intel Core 2 Duo clocked at 2.0 ghz, Integrated Q35 Express Chipset, 4gb of ram and I just want to use that card because I want to watch videos in 1080.
