Orange light inside computer?!

I have an orange light coming out of my windows 8 desktop computer, and it's so bright I can't sleep so I cover it with a blanket but If I unplug the computer it won't turn off. Is there a way to turn it off??

If you do what DellInspiron530 told you, lite should shut off. If it does, that would mean that some large capacitor, likely on the PSU is keeping it alive. If it doesn't shut off that would mean something else is plugged in from outside.
