S/PDIF into PC through sound card

I'm looking to play audio through an S/PDIF cable from my xbox to my PC, which in turn I wish to use my USB 7.1 headset from my PC to hear the xbox sound.
Currently using an ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming Mobo.
What sound card internal or external will work for me?

Hello... They are a very RARE breed Of card... for a PC... because everyone wants to go out their Computer... so it made "Corporate" sense to them B /
What would it cost to Ship to You? if ya want/need one for NOW and the Future? B / better Pay the price while you can still get one? B /

Not too sure, I'm going to search around a few websites since newegg doesn't send that part to Australia
