Budget PSU for my Current Build(INDIA)

Hi guys im having i7 4790k with a GTX 1070(Zotac) .i need to buy a PSU .I didnt know how much wattage i need. Whether 620W enough or 650W needed .I didnt have any ssd or blueray .Just normal dvd drive and 2tb seagate at 7200rpm and a deepcool 120 cpu coler. Looking for a decent PSU also not too much price -INDIAN MARKET

A quality 550w PSU will be more than enough. If you want to leave the option open to run a second GTX 1070 in SLI (and your motherboard is capable), then look toward a 750w unit. If you can, stick with XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. Don't go cheap here unless you absolutely have to, and even then try for a Tier 2 unit...

Tier list will not work for Indian market as Tier 2 starts at RS.9000 which is very high
